Huge congratulations to Dominik Scherrer and David Buckley on their BMI Film, TV & Visual Media Awards.

Dominik has won for his score to the Amazon Prime series ‘The Widow’.

And David has won for his score to the film ‘Angel Has Fallen’.

Edmund Butt has composed the score to the feature-length BBC drama ‘Anthony’.

Fifteen years after the racially-motivated murder of teenager Anthony Walker – ‘Anthony’ imagines the life the aspiring-lawyer could have led had he not been killed in July 2005. Produced by LA Productions, the drama is written by multi-BAFTA winner Jimmy McGovern and inspired by conversations with Anthony’s mother, Gee Walker.

The show airs on BBC One Monday 27th July at 8.30pm.

Ruth Barrett received her award for Top Cable TV Series ‘Victoria’.

Benjamin Wallfisch received two awards for Top Box Office Films ‘IT Chapter 2’ and ‘Shazam!’.

And John Lunn recieved his award for Top Box Office Film ‘Downton Abbey’

The Amazon series ‘Hanna’ returns for a second season on Friday 3rd July featuring music composed by Ben Salisbury, Geoff Barrow and their collaborators The Insects, Simon Ashdown, Suvi-Eeva Äikäs and Yann McCullough.

In equal parts high-concept thriller and coming-of-age drama, ‘Hanna’ follows the journey of an extraordinary young girl. Following her discovery at the end of Season 1, Hanna now knows she is not the only young woman with unparalleled skill and elite training. The Utrax program has produced a whole contingent of highly trained teenagers whose development is about to reach the lethal ‘second phase.’ Esmé Creed-Miles reprises the title role of Hanna and Mireille Enos returns as CIA operative Marissa Wiegler in a season that introduces Dermot Mulroney as Utrax overseer John Carmichael.

Universal Pictures International begins overseas rollout on the Focus Features title from Carnival Films on 12 September, with North America following on 20 September.

Congratulations Maurizio Malagnini on his 2019 ASCAP Award win – Top Cable Series: Call The Midwife

During the Award ceremony Maurizio had the chance to speak about the cultural relevance of Call The Midwife:
“The show is the most genuine and pure form of feminism that we have on television today. It shares the experiences of these women — the bravery, sweat, and tears — not only raising children and giving birth but also starting on the path of what is known today as equalitarianism.”

Dominik Scherrer has won an Ivor Novello Award for his score to Requiem – which he co-wrote with Natasha Khan (Bat For Lashes) This is Dominik’s 5th Ivor nomination and second win. Incredible achievement. Congratulations to both Dominik and Natasha! Soundtrack released on Dubois Records.

Congratulations to our clients Rob Lane on his Ivor nomination for Best Television Soundtrack for Babs (BBC), Benjamin Wallfisch on his nomination for Best Original Score for IT (New Line Cinema) and Joris de Man and The Flight (Alexis Smith and Joe Henson) for their nomination for Best Original Video Game score for Horizon Zero Dawn.

The winners in each category will be announced at the award ceremony, hosted by Paul Gambaccini, at the Grosvenor House, London on Thursday 31st May 2018.
